Prior to co-founding Conscio in 2013, Tanya was a project manager for Integritive, Inc. where she managed over 65 clients and 20 simultaneous projects. In addition, she created estimates and scoped projects for new business and existing clients, all while working to enhance product offerings and improve and integrate social media, search engine optimization, and information architecture.
Before relocating to Asheville in 2007, Tanya successfully created, developed, and managed software training and technical support department
s throughout the state of California for LandAmerica New Century Title Company.
